Sibu short trip..

Yesterday I went to Sibu with my friend,went for my last dose of hpv injection and oh bull sh*t it's damn painful you know,till now i still can't lift the things,and that unfriendly nurse !@#$%^&*, urgh,just forget about it.  Well, we went there by public bus,then after the injection we went for lunch,oh well, I forgot the name of the place already,just know it's location is near Parkson. I ordered cheese baked rice,hmm,not to give bad comment la,not as delicious as what I ate before at Choo Si Fu Hong Kong Dim Sum Restaurant but I can describe it as still edible,haha, is this a bad comment? I don't think so,haha..

After satisfying your stomach then it's time to give your mind an entertaining and relaxing mood..It's movie time!! After struggling a lot to choose among White House Down, Despicable Me,The Lone Ranger and Blind Detective,finally we chose to have a try on White House Down..Hey man,not bad!! But my another friend highly recommended on The Lone Ranger since long time ago just after its trailer come out..I think if I have a chance the next movie I would like to watch is The Lone Ranger.

Baked Brownie cheesecake recipe~~(Chinese words)

 
this is what i did,above is the biscuit cake where i posted the recipe in my previous post and the below one is the baked brownie cheesecake where the recipe will be given in this post later.


Well..we whole batch is once cheated by our dean again..haha,funny right?the final results didn't release on the promised time,it is delayed and to be released on thursday. Then yesterday whole night i become the stupid gal to emo for whole day and insomnia.
now,let's me give you guys another recipe on the baked brownie cheesecake that i made and promised to write down the recipe here..nice flavour..I like it. But the recipe is in Chinese,for those who are interested just leave a comment down here and I will try my best to translate it to English for you..

主料

黄油50G50G
50G鸡蛋40G
原味酸奶20G中筋面粉50G

辅料

 
奶油奶酪210G40G
鸡蛋50G2.5ML
原味酸奶50G

1. 准备好材料

2. 黑巧跟黄油切小块放热水上加热并不断的搅拌,直到完全溶化

3. 加入细沙糖搅拌均匀

4. 加入酸奶跟鸡蛋

5. 拌入过筛的面粉,翻拌均匀,成为布朗尼面湖

6. 放进模具之后抹平,放烤箱中层,上下火180度18分钟左右

7. 软化好的奶油奶酪加40G的细沙糖打至细滑

8. 加入鸡蛋、酸奶、香草精(没有的话就省了)混合成浓滑的芝士糊

9. 烤好的布朗尼不需要降温直接倒入芝士糊,用力震两下使内部的气泡跑出,再放进烤箱160度烤60分钟左右(40分钟也可以的,我烤的60分钟比较干了)

烤好降温冷却之后,放冰箱冷藏4个小时以上或者隔一夜

淡看友谊,珍惜友谊!~

好吧,我不得不承认,我退出了,退出了之前我的那一gang,有点伤心,虽然里面有些人是我讨厌的,但也有些人是我不舍得,比如雪晶,她是蛮不错的人,挺关心人的,还好foundation有她在;还有诗雅,是聊心事的对象;brenda,让我讨论功课的对象;diana,挺可爱的一个人,可是我没什么去了解她;紫琳(不知有写错吗),有点单纯,不过太过钝了些,哈哈;Sin Ying,蛮聪明的一个人,不过没什么更深入的的认识。其他的嘛,嗯,就那样吧。最让我不舍的是雪晶和诗雅。这是我第一次这样解剖我的内心,应该也是最后一次了,一年的友谊,因为某些我不喜欢的人而必须退出那gang,或许是好事呢?可能他们永远不会有机会看到这篇文章,可能呢一辈子都不知道这部落格的存在,也不知道我远离他们的原因,也好,让我在这没什么朋友知道的部落,把这里当做秘密基地,诉诉苦、聊聊心事,可能没什么网友看,也无所谓,这样就够了,让我这个难得说出心底话的人在这剖白吧。

不过我希望有一天,雪晶能看到这篇文章,让她知道我退出的原因。好了,一年的友情就此打住,我的故事还是要待续,希望我与April能够有段不止五年的友情吧,虽然有时我们会互相不爽,说真的,有时你的脾气不好,也可能我是比较敏感的人,所以你的钝常常被我曲解成故意的装傻无知,我也得承认,我有时脾气是难相处了些,谢谢你的体谅,不过真的,还好有你的出现,不然刚离开我那gang那时的我真的不知该怎么办呢。还好有时你听我的牢骚,听我的烦恼。你是朋友中难得的几个我愿意在你面前扮丑、流泪的人。你是我在大学第二年交的好友,知道了我那么多的秘密(小心有一天我杀你灭口啊,呵呵),祝我们友谊永固吧!!还有,不要看不起你自己,其实你行的,不要给自己太大的压力,好吗?今天想我了吗?哈哈...在东马的我过得很好啊,你呢?过得充实吗?(我们的互动像情侣吗?哈哈)

ps:今天或明天成绩就要出了,好紧张啊,乘着紧张之余,让我和朋友到sibu好好放松一下吧!

最近流行的蒸苏打饼蛋糕

好吧,压力的期末考过去了,我的努力明天或后天就即将要揭晓了,有点紧张。公布重考的日期将至,心情也跟着忐忑不安起来,希望不要一觉醒来就接到噩耗吧,阿娘喂啊帮帮我吧!
原说好要减肥的我,又禁不起无聊加上好吃的习惯,一连两天又做了不同的蛋糕来消磨时间,毕竟吃饭看戏也太无趣了吧,歌嘛,由于我因为读书考试的缘故‘脱离’这个世界太久,所以现在的我只能听得懂‘老歌’了,那些白安啊Kimberley啊乔毓明啊我都是刚刚才知道的,至于家家嘛,她的歌还真蛮好听的,尤其是<幸福就好>。值得推荐!!
好了,言归正传,来看看食谱吧,第一样是最近网路蛮出名的蒸苏打饼蛋糕~

材料:
6粒 A蛋
250g 牛油
200g 幼糖
300g 苏打饼(打碎成粉)(我用兵乓牌苏打饼)
20g 可可粉/ Milo(会更香)

做法:
1.)将牛油和糖打至松发。

2.)遂粒加入蛋打匀,
加入苏打饼碎拌匀。

3.)把面糊分成3份,其中一份加入可可粉搅拌均匀备用。

4.)把一份原味的面糊倒入已铺上油纸的 7"四方模 / 8"圆模里抹平,一层一层蒸,每层需要大火蒸10-15分钟。(一层熟了,才蒸下一层),第二层是可可味道,最后一层是原味。


5.)倒入最后一层面糊后用大火再蒸25-30分钟或至蛋糕完全熟透,即可取出,待凉,切块享用。
