My MENU of KEEPING FIT

aloha..here I'm again..these few days are the days of puasa of Malays for Malaysia here..So I'm one of those high patriotism  to support this activity and joining them by puasa-ing too..haha..no lar,just kidding,I'm trying to lose my weight these few days,so the main menu in my meals is OAT! haha..this is what I've learnt from a famous  Taiwanese celebrity beauty,known as Barbie Shiu (Da S is a better-known name) She recommended an boiled egg+raw oat for breakfast..it's simple and I found that it's good as egg contains protein and the oat must be raw as Barbie Shiu says it contains high fibre and can ease our egestion to prevent constipation,thus,the harmful substances such as urea and all those toxis substances will not be accumulated in our body. plus,we'll drink lots of water since we find it dry to have raw oat which is a good water to increase water intale too..I find this healthy and contain what our body need,thus normally I'll have this for breakfast these few days. *please:breakfast is really really important for us!! @_#
For lunch,it's really better for us to ingest food that provide more energy to us,like boiled vegetables,a bowl of rice and low amount of meat. For me,I don't control myself much,but rice is a MUST for me at luch to provide me carbohydrate,others just eat like normal:a bowl of rice+vegetable+soup+meat,but normally I will try to lessen the high-fat food like pork or fried food,I opt to have fish,and having few tablespoon of soup or a cup of water before the other,so that I wouldn't feel that hungry to eat without control.



For dinner,SURE we've to control,for beginner,just cut down your usual amount of dinner to 70%,then after that try to reduce it by 10% every day,until then you just have to consume a glass of soya powder or bean powder for dinner. And should not consume anything after this,except if you're really hungry,can eat like what I've did: an chopped apple+raw oat+some honey. Really,from my knowledge,apple and honey is good for health and beauty. So adding these 3 is really an advantage for us.  My friend try this:eat like normal for breakfast and lunch,then for a week just having soya powder for dinner,then after a week she's kept 2kg off!!

ps:below is what i find quite an easy-prepared breakfast from a rawtarian while surfing the net,can take it instead of raw oat+egg as breakfast..here it's..




Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup steel cut oats (or better yet, use oat groats)
1 1/2 cups water
1 chopped apple
1 tablespoon raisins

Directions:
1. The night before, throw the water, raisins and then the steel cut oats into your blender. Let them sit overnight.
2. In the morning, start your blender. While the water and oats are blending, chop the apple and then add it to the blender, too.
3. Continue blending until the oatmeal is a nice, smooth texture.
4. Eat! I love to top this oatmeal with more whole raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon. This recipe for raw oatmeal makes for a very filling breakfast.
