For lunch,it's really better for us to ingest food that provide more energy to us,like boiled vegetables,a bowl of rice and low amount of meat. For me,I don't control myself much,but rice is a MUST for me at luch to provide me carbohydrate,others just eat like normal:a bowl of rice+vegetable+soup+meat,but normally I will try to lessen the high-fat food like pork or fried food,I opt to have fish,and having few tablespoon of soup or a cup of water before the other,so that I wouldn't feel that hungry to eat without control.
so,do enjoy yourself while keeping fit!!peace ^_^
ps:below is what i find quite an easy-prepared breakfast from a rawtarian while surfing the net,can take it instead of raw oat+egg as breakfast..here it's..
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup steel cut oats (or better yet, use oat groats)
1 1/2 cups water
1 chopped apple
1 tablespoon raisins
1 chopped apple
1 tablespoon raisins
Directions:
1. The night before, throw the water, raisins and then the steel cut oats into your blender. Let them sit overnight.
2. In the morning, start your blender. While the water and oats are blending, chop the apple and then add it to the blender, too.
3. Continue blending until the oatmeal is a nice, smooth texture.
4. Eat! I love to top this oatmeal with more whole raisins and a sprinkle of cinnamon. This recipe for raw oatmeal makes for a very filling breakfast.
