No Bake Sponge Cake English Version

When seeing this post means I've succeeded in making my no bake sponge cake..hehe.. As before this in my last post I promised to write out the recipe in English version if I can succeed in making the cake..Bingo!!!I've make this twice successfully using rice cooker. Well,because of laziness I've postponed it a few days later already. Here it goes:


Ingredient
3 eggs,1 tea spoon of salt,3 table spoons of sugar,3 table spoons of flour,6 table spoons of milk,baking powder(optional,I bought wrongly,I bought yeast,so I use yeast instead)

Procedure

  1. Separate egg yolk and egg white into 2 different bowls. **Must remember when preparing the ingredients ensure that there is no water or oil left in the bowl. Or else,we can make the cake successfully. This is what I searched online,I also don't know why,so better just follow.
  2. Add 2 tbs of sugar,1 tea spoon of salt and baking powder into the egg white. Beat the egg white until it's creamy and when you wan't to 'pour' it, it wouldn't fall. Then,put it aside.
  3. Add 1 tbs of sugar,6 tbs of milk,3 tbs of flour into egg yolk and mix them well. **Don't beat it like what in egg white pls.
  4. After all, just simply mix 1/3 of creamy egg white with mixture of egg yolk. **MUST stir it in a direction of 'up and down' and not clockwise/anticlockwise.
  5. Slowly,add another 2/3 of creamy egg white into the mixture.  After that,just preheat the rice cooker for 40 seconds will do. Then add some butter or oil to the bottom and the inner side of the rice cooker. Press 'cook' and wait until the button jump to 'keep warm'. Just let it keep warm for 20 minutes and press 'cook' for another time.
That's all. Simple,delicious. Enjoy!! ^_^
